Month 1: Comprehensive Launch

We provide a deep dive designed to establish a strong foundation and set you up for long-term success in achieving your health goals.

What’s Included

• Consultation: Meet with a licensed REDEEM provider for a comprehensive evaluation of your health history, symptoms, and wellness goals.
• Full Laboratory Panel: Comprehensive blood work analyzes key biomarkers to help identify underlying metabolic or hormonal imbalances.
• Precision Body Composition Scan (Seca mBCA Alpha): We go beyond BMI. This medical-grade scan breaks down your body composition, including skeletal muscle mass and visceral fat (the fat surrounding your organs). You’ll receive a personalized report to track your progress over time.
• Targeted Nutrition and Fitness Blueprint: Personalized guidance on using nutrition and movement as powerful tools to support your results.
• First 4 Weekly Metabolic Support Injections Included: Every medication in your program is prescribed, dosed and monitored by your REDEEM provider. Ongoing medication is ordered monthly through REDEEM.

Optional Cohort Kickoff
Start strong with a small, guided group session built for education, support, and accountability. Connect with others on a similar path, and enroll with a friend or family member for added motivation.

You don’t have to do this on your own. We offer optional small, guided cohorts designed to provide added support, accountability, and connection—and you’re always welcome to join alongside a friend or family member to make the journey even more motivating.

After establishing your personalized strategy, you’ll have a variety of ongoing support options to ensure your progress is never left to chance.

• Option 1: Weekly In-Office Injections – Ideal for patients who want hands-on support and built-in weekly accountability. In addition to your injection, you can choose to add a body composition scan, additional lab work, or a visit with one of our providers.
• Option 2: Self-Administration – Designed for patients who prefer to self-inject at home while maintaining structured medical oversight. This option includes:
  • A monthly office visit until the right does is achieved
  • Possible labs
  • Body composition scan

Maintenance Phase

Once your goals and dosing are established, the maintenance phase includes office visits approximately every three months. These visits include updated labs, a body composition scan, a metabolic review, and personalized plan adjustments—allowing us to track your progress, fine-tune your treatment, and keep you on the most efficient path toward your long-term health goals.
